This Legal Notice regulates use of this website, which Dibaq Diproteg, S.A. (hereinafter, “DIBAQ”) makes available to users through its domain www.dibaq.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).

If you use this Website then you will be considered a Website user (hereinafter, the “User” or “Users”) and this means that you accept all of the conditions included in this Legal Notice. In the event that you, the User, are not in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down here, please refrain from using this Website.

The duration of the Website service is limited to the time during which the User is connected to the Website or any of the services provided through it. Therefore, as a User, you must carefully read this text every time you wish to use the Website because this Legal Notice and the conditions of use may undergo changes.

1. Products and services

This Legal Notice regulates use of this website, which Dibaq Diproteg, S.A. (hereinafter, “DIBAQ”) makes available to users through its domain www.dibaq.com (hereinafter, the “Website”).

2. Intellectual and industrial property

All of the Website content, which means, but which is not limited to: designs, software, brands, names, images, logos, graphics, icons, applications and all other audiovisual and sound content, in addition to the graphic design and source code of the Website, belong to DIBAQ or to third parties or, where applicable, DIBAQ holds a licence for their use; consequently this content is protected under the applicable industrial and intellectual property regulations. In no way will the User’s access to the Website signify that DIBAQ assigns the said rights to the User.

Website Users may make only private use of the Website and its content. In no event may they make commercial use of the same or alter the content in any way, reproduce it for any use other than their private use, adapt it, distribute it or publicly announce it. Furthermore, use of the Website content for any purpose or in any way other than what is permitted by DIBAQ in this Legal Notice is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised copying or use of the design or content of the Website will entitle DIBAQ to bring the civil or criminal actions associated with its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.

Access to this Website is open and free of charge with the exception of the cost of connecting through the telecommunications network provided by the supplier engaged by the User.

The User must correctly use the Website in accordance with the legislation in force and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to DIBAQ or to third parties for any loss or damage that may be caused as a consequence of them breaching the said obligation.

XI. Obtaining and attempting to obtain content by using means or procedures other than those that, depending on the case, have been made available to the User for this purpose or that have been expressly mentioned on the Website where the content can be found or, in general, means and procedures that are customarily used online to avoid generating a risk of damaging or disabling the Website and/or its content.

In no event will the page where the link is located state that DIBAQ has consented to insertion of the link or that it in any other way sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the linking party’s services.

The use of any denominative, graphic or mixed trademark or any other distinctive sign belonging to DIBAQ on the linking party’s page is prohibited except in the events permitted by law or expressly authorised by DIBAQ and provided that, in these events, a direct link to the Website is permitted pursuant to this clause.

III. is inappropriate or irrelevant to DIBAQ’s activity in view of the place, content or theme of the linking party’s website.

8. Personal data

DIBAQ expressly informs Users of the processing of their personal data in the Privacy Policy available on this Website. It always respects the legislation in force from time to time concerning personal data protection and information society services.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any disputes or conflicts that may arise as a consequence of using the Website will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.

To the extent permitted by Law, the Parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them and agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Segovia.
