3. How have we obtained your data and how long do we keep your personal data?

The personal data have been provided by you through the forms on the website or through contact with personnel of the organization and will be kept for the time necessary for the realization of the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not exercise your right of deletion or revocation of consent. In this case, your data will be blocked and kept to attend to the possible responsibilities derived from the treatment in accordance with the legally established deadlines. Regarding the management of candidates, the CVs will be kept for 2 years from the last update of the same. From this period, those that have not been updated will be deleted unless you request us otherwise.

4. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Except in cases where your data is processed for the purpose of providing information related to advertising campaigns, the personal data processed may be communicated to the following recipients:

  • Banks and financial institutions.
  • Creditworthiness and equity information entities.
  • Office of consumers and users before any claim.
  • By virtue of the provisions of the Law, as is the case of the Security Forces and Bodies.
  • To the public administrations to which Grupo Tejedor Lázaro has to provide information due to compliance with our legal obligations.
  • Group companies.

5. Will the data be the subject of international transfers?

The data may be subject to international transfers derived from the subcontracting of technological services and /or applications located outside the European Economic Area, in which case, they will be regulated in the corresponding contract by means of standard contractual clauses, guaranteeing compliance with data protection policies that offer guarantees comparable to the European ones in terms of privacy.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
